Medicare Advantage Star Ratings

In its November 2024 release, “Healthcare Ratings Soar for Heritage Provider Network,” HPN reported elite Medicare Advantage Star Ratings across its affiliated California medical groups. The 2025 ratings reflected gains in breast and colorectal cancer screening, diabetes A1C control, medication adherence, and the “Getting Needed Care” CAHPS patient-experience measure. NCQA accreditation

Accreditation in Utilization Management — full three-year NCQA accreditation.
Accreditation in Credentialing & Recredentialing — full three-year NCQA accreditation (renewed 2025).
