HPN’s compliance program documents, employee and FDR training materials, HIPAA policies and procedures, and notification forms are hosted on the access-controlled compliance portal, behind HPN’s password firewall for authorized users. This existing portal is unchanged by the website redesign.
Our commitment to integrity
Heritage Provider Network has a published Compliance Program that reflects HPN’s tradition of caring and provides guidance to ensure all business is done in an ethical and legal manner. Adherence to the program, both its spirit and its specific provisions, is critical to HPN’s mission.

HPN’s code of conduct prohibits any retaliation against any individual for reporting in good-faith a compliance concern.
Excluded Parties
In accordance with the Heritage Provider Network and Affiliated Medical group policy, all providers, vendors and contractors are prohibited from contracting with Excluded Parties. Please use the following links to identify Excluded Parties:
